The PMA-MIP recently held its 4th Certificate Program on Services Marketing with the theme “Cutting Edge Service Marketing: Building Lifelong Relationships with Your Customers” held August 06 & 07, 2009 (Thursday & Friday), 1:00PM – 6:00PM at the AIM Conference Center, Makati City. This course is a comprehensive understanding of the key aspects of services marketing that require different treatment and provide a framework for developing service marketing strategies.
There were 40 participants from different service industries in the country. Its lecturer, Mr. Tim Capellan is the President and CEO of In-Asia, Inc. His class enjoyed his experiences and insights with his bubbly lectures and entertaining powerpoint and video presentation. At the end of the session, workshop was conducted were the grouped participants presented a mini-service marketing plan. The winning group mini-service marketing plan is the “Hilot Spa”. The group was awarded with a certificate, books sponsored by Anvil Publishing and Faber Castle.
