National Marketing Caravan Slated

The Philippine Marketing Association,an organization dedicated to advancing marketing as a profession in the Philippines, has dedicated 2009 to the cause of social development and marketing for humanity.

The organization, in its endeavor to make a difference in light of the global financial crunch, will be conducting the National Marketing for Humanity Caravan to help all stakeholders across different sectors to get the knowledge and skills they need to cope with these difficult times.

PMA, which values the practice of marketing with a social conscience, hopes the participants will likewise realize the importance of working together to ease the burden that all Filipinos are facing today.

The schedules for the National Marketing Caravan are as follows:

The VP Chapters is headed by Henry Tenedero while Ricky de Vera serves as VP Chapters Emeritus. The Committee members are: Tito Encarnacion, Yvonne Villacorte, Jerry Yao, Dolor Oller, Alvin Arellano and Richard Anonuevo.

The Caravan will culminate in Baguio City to coincide with the Chapters-sponsored CEO Marketing Leadership Conference to be held on November 16-17 at the Baguio Country Club. The city is celebrating her centenary this year 2009.
